This project in S-chanf blends the raw industrial charm of a former workshop with refined elegance – a seamless fusion of history and modernity. Once a hub of machinery and hard labor, the building has been transformed into a venue for celebrations, weddings, and exclusive events for up to 150 guests.

At the heart of «Loft99» lies the expansive event hall, accessible along its length and defined by its impressive openness and height. The design by Studio C highlights the industrial character with intention: steel beams, a striking yellow overhead crane, and exposed walls and ceilings tell the building’s story, while newly designed spaces enhance functionality and ambiance to meet contemporary needs.

A lounge invites guests to unwind, dedicated meeting rooms offer flexible use, and the relocated staircase leading to the gallery and new smokers’ lounge has created additional space for events. Hidden from view, yet the centerpiece and essential to the venue’s operation, is the newly added industrial kitchen, positioned directly adjacent to the main hall. Designed for peak efficiency, it features generous workstations, ample storage, advanced ventilation, and a modernized electrical system.

The interplay of old and new continues in the thoughtfully added spaces – from restrooms to meeting areas – where the industrial aesthetic is carried through. Exposed ventilation ducts complement the design, while original workshop elements, such as a repurposed fireplace, add authenticity to the lounge. A carefully curated color palette adds warmth to the space: anthracite steel beams and railings contrast beautifully with rustic brick walls, accentuating the venue’s raw yet sophisticated charm.
