engagierte Bauleiterin oder einen Bauleiter, der oder die mit Freude und
Verlässlichkeit die Umsetzung anspruchsvoller Neubau- und Umbauprojekte
begleitet.
Was Dich bei uns erwartet
- Verantwortung für die Bauleitung komplexer Hochbauprojekte in Neubau und Umbau
- Eigenständiges Planen, Organisieren und Koordinieren zusammen mit unseren Architekt:innen und Fachplaner:innen
- In einem jungen, dynamischen Team mitgestalten – mit viel Raum für Eigenverantwortung und selbständiges Arbeiten
Wenn Du Dich für Architektur begeisterst, alpines Bauen mit innovativen Ansätzen verbinden willst und gerne in einem hilfsbereiten Team arbeitest, bist Du bei uns richtig.
Dein Profil
- abgeschlossenes Studium in Architektur oder eine Ausbildung zum Bauleiter
- mehrjährige Erfahrung in Ausführungsplanung, Baumanagement und Bauleitung
- ein hohes Mass an technischen und organisatorischen Fähigkeiten und eine gute Sozialkompetenz
- selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- gute Deutschkenntnisse; von Vorteil sind Italienischkenntnisse
- selbstverständlicher Umgang mit gängigen EDV- und CAD-Programmen

Amidst the Engadin mountains, a nature-loving couple found their retreat, a
small 2.5-room apartment with a garden terrace, subtly transformed by Studio C.
The once-enclosed kitchen now opens to the living space, the narrow bathroom
gave way to a clear, airy layout with a separate WC and a generous walk-in
shower. The oversized fireplace was removed, allowing the view to flow freely
through the round window into the surrounding landscape. Light and calm became
the new protagonists.
Refined materials, muted tones and carefully placed details lend the space a
quiet, warm modernity. Delicate wooden handles, vivid orange lamps, and
sculptural wall hooks add character and charm. Even the extractor fan retreats
discreetly, in favour of clarity, openness, and a playful kitchen backsplash.
In the bedroom, a soft curtain reveals a bright workspace. A quiet place for
thoughts, seamlessly integrated into the overall composition.
Studio C guided the project from planning through execution to interior
design, a coherent, thoughtful whole. The result is a place of simplicity and
comfort, like a gentle echo of the landscape resonating within.
